Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the premises shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application and amplified in the applicant's letter dated 14 June 1996, and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the number of children accommodated at the premises at any one time shall not exceed eight. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the nursery facility shall operate only between the hours of 8am until 6pm Mondays to Fridays and shall not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the use hereby permitted shall not commence until four parking spaces have been laid out within the curtilage of the dwelling, such spaces to be retained and maintained. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
