Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 29th July 1996
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That having regard to the closely spaced nature of existing properties, the proposal to add a first floor to the existing dwelling would result in an overbearing, intrusive and unneighbourly form of development leading to unacceptable loss of light and overlooking which would detract from the residential amenity currently enjoyed by the occupants of adjoining properties. The proposals are thereby contrary to policies G5 set out in the adopted Central Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy H12 of the approved South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
