Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the building hereby approved shall be used only for the purpose
specified in the application and clarified in a letter from the applicant
dated 14 June 1996 and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
