Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That at the expiration of five years from the date of this permission,
the use specified in the application shall be discontinued.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
That at the expiration of a period of five years from the date of this
permission, the buildings shall be removed from the land and the land
shall be left in a tidy and orderly state unless a fresh application
shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of
the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and
that any future application can be decided on this assessment.
That the garage building hereby approved shall be used solely in
connection with the cricket pavilion for the storage of essential
equipment, and for no other purpose.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs
shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
