Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such
steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the
safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to
provide protection for the building against the weather during the
progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That the conservatory shall be constructed and finished in accordance with
a fully detailed schedule and working drawings which shall first have been
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That the natural stone to be used for the plinth walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner
as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the
existing walls.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the representations on the drawings, the two new
doorways shall be formed and finished in accordance with a fully
detailed scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved
in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
