That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the conservatory shall be constructed and finished in accordance with a fully detailed schedule and working drawings which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the natural stone to be used for the new plinth walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture and shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the natural stone which has been used in the construction of the existing walls. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the representations on the drawings, the two new doorways shall be formed and finished in accordance with a fully detailed scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
