Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the works hereby approved shall not commence until a detailed scheme for the opening up of the fireplace in room G10 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historic character and appearance of the listed building and the amenity of the area.
