That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of 3 months from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the grille of the proposed new extractor fan shall be painted the same colour as the surrounding boarding within 3 months from the date of this consent. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That materials used to block up the ground floor windows at the rear of the building shall be removed and replaced with white painted sash windows to match in all respects the two unharmed sash windows on the first floor of the rear (south-western) elevation to comply fully with the details set out in section 5(i) of the Enforcement Notice and Listed Building Enforcement Notice dated 20 December 1996. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. Black painted board shall be inserted inside of the new windows as confirmed by agent's faxed letter dated 4 September 1996. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. The doors at the front of the property should at no time be left open over the highway and cause an obstruction. Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
