Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That within one month of their erection, all fencing and gates shall be stained dark brown and so retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of the development, a scheme showing the planting of climbing plants along the western flank of the fencing shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The approved planting scheme shall be carried out within the first planting season following the erection of the fencing and shall be so retained and maintained. In the event of any of the plants dying, they shall be replaced within the following planting season and shall be so retained and maintained. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
