Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the nursery school shall operate at no time other than Mondays to Fridays between the hours of 9am and 3.30 pm. Reason: To protect local amenities. That no more than 15 children shall attend the nursery school at any one time. Reason: To protect local amenities.
