That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That within one month of the installation of the drainage facilities, all ground surfaces shall be re-instated to their original condition. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That existing trees in the vicinity of the pipeline shall be protected whilst development operations are in progress in accordance with Planning Authority. details which shall be first agreed in writing with the Local Reason: To protect local amenities.
