Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such
steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the
safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to
provide protection for the building against the weather during the
progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has
been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and
roofs, including the bonnet hips, shall be submitted to and approved
in writing before any development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That the timber boarding for the walls shall be stained black and so
retained.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That the frontage wall shall be re-built within three months of the
completion of the extension works, in accordance with a schedule
of works which shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning
Authority prior to the commencement of development.
