Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That upon the separate accommodation hereby permitted ceasing to be occupied by Mr and Mrs L J Edwards it shall then be incorporated into the accommodation of the main dwelling and shall cease to be occupied as a separate unit. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That the development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until four parking spaces have been provided within the curtilage of the dwellinghouse, such spaces to be retained and maintained. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
