Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That details of cast iron rainwater goods shall be submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the
commencement of the works hereby approved.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That details of the archway between rooms G11 and G12 shall be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority
prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That details of the decoration and lighting in rooms G8 and G9 shall be
submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority
prior to the commencement of the works hereby approved.

dated 16 July 1996 details of the means of enclosing the staircase
