That the proposals would be contrary to policy G5(ii) of the adopted
Central Oxfordshire Local Plan and policy H12 of the approved
South Oxfordshire Local Plan.  Having regard to the unsatisfactory
appearance of the proposed garage and to its siting within the modest
front garden area of the property, the proposals would result in
a prominent form of development, unsatisfactory in its external
appearance, and a cramped form of development which would be out of
keeping with the general layout of adjoining development.
