Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That approval of the details of the siting, design and external appearance
of the building(s), the means of access thereto and the landscaping of
the site (hereinafter called "the reserved matters") shall be obtained
from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the application is in outline only and not accompanied by
detailed plans.
That application for approval of the reserved matters shall be made to
the Local Planning Authority before the expiration of 3 years from
the date of this permission.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the development hereby permitted shall be begun either before the
expiration of 5 years from the date of this permission, or before
the expiration of 2 years from the date of approval of the last of
the reserved matters to be approved, whichever is the later.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That details of car parking shall be provided in accordance with
Oxfordshire County Council's guidelines to the satisfaction of the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the building shall not be occupied until car parking has been
constructed, surfaced, and laid out, retained and maintained to the
satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That the building shall not exceed two storeys in height and 1645 sq m
floor area (gross internal).
Reason: To safeguard the open rural character of the Green Belt.
