retained, obscure glazed and fixed and shall not be altered in any way
unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning
Authority on a formal application in respect thereof.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town & Country Planning (General
Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting
that Order) no windows shall be constructed at first floor or above in the
side (northern) elevation of 3 Oxford Road, Garsington, other than that
expressely authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly
