Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the timber boarding to be used for the walls shall be dark stained prior to the first use of the building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof of the building shall be covered with plain clay tiles, which shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing house. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
