That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls shall be of the same
colour, type and texture as those used on the existing walls of the house.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the roof of the garage shall be constructed with dark grey slates, or
as otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995, or any order revoking or
re-enacting that Order, the provision of a new driveway to the garage or
the repair of the existing driveway shall only be undertaken in accordance
with a scheme which shall first have been submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that no damage is caused to the roots of the adjoining
tree.
