Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the extension shall be first occupied only by Lynx Offset Ltd,
or by a person, firm, company or other organisation which was,
immediately prior to occupying the premises to which this planning
permission relates, in occupation for at least six months of a building
at Monument Industrial Park in accordance with the terms of the relevant
planning permission and, in the event of any of the buildings ceasing
to be so occupied within a period of ten years from the date of first
occupation, the premises shall be occupied only be a person, firm,
company or other organisation which was, immediately prior to occupying
the premises to which this planning permission relates, either in
occupation for at least six months of a building at Monument Industrial
Park in accordance with the terms of the relevant planning permission
or in occupation for at least two years of premises within the
Rural Areas Local Plan area used as a light industrial building.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's employment policy.
