That apart from the occasions of the barn dance and one opera cast party, no vehicles shall be parked within the field used for parking after 11 pm, with the exception of a "designated area". Details of the "designated" area in which not more than 12 vehicles shall remain after 11 pm shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within 14 days from the date of this permission. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
