Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the use of the building shall be limited to the use defined in
Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes)
Order 1987, and for no other purposes.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
That no work shall take place at the premises except between the hours of
8 am and 6 pm on Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and
8 am and 1 pm on Saturdays.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the open areas outside the building shall be used for the parking of
vehicles, access, manoeuvring, loading and unloading purposes only. No
storage, industrial or other business use shall take place other than
inside the building.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That no goods, plant or machinery (including motor vehicles) shall be
stored, repaired, operated or displayed in the open without the prior
permission in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That the parking provision in the area outlined in red on the attached
plan shall be retained and maintained for the sole use of the four
workshops hereby permitted to the satisfaction of the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
