That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That none of the business units shall exceed 250 square metres in size unless previously agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the residential amenities of the area. That development shall not commence until foul drainage details, including information on enhanced facilities on the site for the additional staff, have been submitted and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution. That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Reason: In the interests of public health.
