Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the walls of the building shall be constructed with dark-stained timber boarding. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the roof of the building shall be covered with plain clay tiles a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a scheme of landscaping which shall include indications of all existing trees and hedgerows on the land, and details of any to be retained, together with measures for their protection in the course of development; and which shall include provision of a five metre wide buffer zone to the eastern boundary of the site, adjacent to the brook. Reason: To protect local amenities. That all planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the approved scheme of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the completion of the development, whichever is the sooner; and any trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings. That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Reason: In the interests of public health. That the building shall only be used by, or in conjunction with, Tiddington Cricket Club. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.
