Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development be carried out strictly in accordance with the particulars of the development contained in the application to seek permission for the development and the plan numbers S1, S2 and S3 accompanying such application except as modified by conditions of this permission unless otherwise agreed by the Chief Planning and Development Officer in writing. Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved.

That at the expiration of a period ending on 31 May 2001 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.

No soakaways shall be constructed such that they penetrate the water table. Reason: To prevent pollution of groundwater.

That the building shall be painted dark brown in accordance with a scheme to be approved in writing by the Chief Planning Officer and Development Officer, and this colour shall not be changed without the written authority of the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To ensure the finish is compatible with the surrounding development.

That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Chief Planning and Development Officer a scheme of landscaping, which shall include the provision of a new beech hedge along with details of existing trees and hedges to be retained together with any measures required to protect them in the course of the development. Reason: To enhance the amenities of the area.

That all new planting comprised in the approved details of landscaping shall be carried out in the first planting season following the date of this permission. Reason: To enhance the amenities of the area.
