associated with this, the loss of approximately 45% of the existing
car parking spaces would be likely to result in further on street
parking in and around Bear Lane and Newells Close to the detriment
of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings
contrary to Policy H4 (iv) of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
