That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. That the internal spray booth shall only be used between the hours of 8am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays and 8am until 1pm on Saturdays, and shall not be used outside those hours nor on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That no additional doors shall be inserted in the northern elevation of the extension hereby approved.
