That at the expiration of 5 years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued unless a fresh application shall have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the effect of the development upon the amenities of the neighbouring area can be assessed during this period, and that any future application can be decided on this assessment. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That this permission shall enure only for the benefit of the occupants of 'The Old Rectory' and 'Art in Action' as described in the application. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall only be used for the purposes specified in the application and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That access to and from the site by 'Art in Action' shall only be taken from the south, as specified in the application. Reason: To protect local amenities That the access to the barn from the south shall not be obstructed at any time, and any proposals for re-surfacing the path shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
