Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the walls and doors to the stable/shelter building shall be
constructed and finished with dark stained timber, and so retained.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the roof of the stable/shelter shall be constructed with
Ruberglas 105 slates, welsh grey colour, or as otherwise agreed by the
Local Planning Authority.
