That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the works shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the description, plans and specifications contained in the application, and subject to the conditions hereby imposed. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory and to protect the character of the building as a building of special architectural or historic interest. That the works hereby approved shall not commence until details of the new leaded-light kitchen window have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
