That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 1K all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That details of surface water drainage works shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the development commencing. Reason: In the interests of public health. That the roof shall be covered with plain clay tiles a sample of which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all existing roof trusses shall be retained unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rooflights shall be inserted at a minimum cill height of 1.8 metres above finished first floor level Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the rooflights shall be `conservation' style, a detailed specification of which shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to development commencing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That a scheme for the insertion of any external flue pipes required to ventilate the barns and details of proposed rainwater goods shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and agreed in writing prior to development commencing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
