Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That when not in use the radio mast shall be returned to a resting position below the ridge of the roof of 13 West Croft as indicated on plans accompanying the application. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
