That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no new or enlarged windows shall be inserted into the extension at first floor level other than those expressly authorised by this permission. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
