Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That notwithstanding the provisions of Article 3 of, and Class 1 of Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional windows shall be inserted in the northern elevation of the extension unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the bedroom and bathroom windows at first floor and the family room window in the northern elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the premises and shall be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
