Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for making good the external walls shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rooflights shall be of the conservation type, details of which shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the new door has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
