That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That, prior to the first use of the extensions hereby permitted, space
shall be provided on site for 3 motor vehicles to be parked and such
parking space shall be retained thereafter.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
