Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls of the extension,
hereby permitted, shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those
used on the existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the window and external doors of the extension, hereby permitted,
shall be of the same type, design and external finish as those of the
existing dwelling.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the materials to be used for the roof of the garage, hereby permitted,
shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing
building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the garage, hereby permitted, shall not be occupied or used until the
external walls have been stained dark brown or black; and the dark stained
external walls shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
