That the development shall be carried out in all other respects in
accordance with conditions 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8 attached to planning
permission P94/S0002 dated 20 July 1994.
Reason: As the application seeks and amendment to the earlier planning
permission.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that
Order) no windows shall be constructed in the south-eastern elevation of
the dwelling other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
That the landing and bedroom 1 en-suite bathroom windows in the
south-western elevation of the dwelling hereby permitted shall be glazed
in obscure glass prior to the first occupation of the accommodation
and shall thereafter be retained as such.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
