Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by Mr Garry Bollon and his employees. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That the premises shall be used for woodworking, joinery and cabinet making, together with ancillary storage, office, rest room and wc, and shall not be used for retail sales or any other purpose whatsoever (including any other purpose in Class B1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 or in any provision equivalent to that Class in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order). Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That no woodworking machinery shall be operated outside the area edged red and labelled Machine Room on the attached plan no. G.CS4. Reason: To protect local amenities. That no woodworking machinery shall be operated on the premises before 8.00am on weekdays and Saturdays nor after 6.30pm on weekdays and 1.00pm on Saturdays nor at any time on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That no goods, plant or materials shall be deposited or stored in the open. Reason: To protect local amenities. That within two months of the date of this permission a scheme for the landscaping of the eastern boundary of the site shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority and that all planting comprised in the approved details of the landscaping scheme shall be carried out in the first planting season following the written approval of the scheme by the Local Planning Authority. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the date of this permission die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 as amended (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order) no structural alterations shall be carried out which would cause the floor area of the building to exceed 450 square metres. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
