Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That details and samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Whitchurch-on- Thames Conservation Area. That the garage hereby permitted shall not be occupied or used until the external walls have been stained dark brown or black; and the dark stained external walls shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory and to safeguard the character and appearance of the Whitchurch-on-Thames Conservation Area.
