Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the natural stone to be used in the construction of the retaining
wall shall be laid and pointed using a traditional lime mortar mix in
all respects to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That details of surface water drainage works be submitted to and
approved by the Local Planning Authority prior to development commencing.
 
Reason: In the interests of public health.
