That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the existing first floor cast iron window in the rear elevation of number 11 The Green shall be reinstated as part of the extension hereby permitted. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
