That prior to the continuation of the development to which this permission relates, a sample of the natural slates to be used in covering the roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the continuation of the development to which this permission relates, a scheme for the disposal of foul sewage shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of public health and to avoid pollution. That the existing trees and hedges on the land shall be protected to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the continuation of the development to which this permission relates. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That the parking provision shall be as shown on the deposited drawing, reference 9209/RA2/A all constructed, surfaced and laid out, retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Development Order 1988 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no windows shall be constructed in the eastern and western elevations of the dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
