That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the roof shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to its application, a sample panel of rendered blockwork and brick dressing shall be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, and all rendering shall be carried out in accordance with the approved panel. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until details of the rainwater goods have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the existing trees on the land shall be protected to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority whilst development operations are in progress, in accordance with a scheme to be first agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and to be implemented prior to the commencement of the development. Reason: To safeguard trees which are visually important. That the dwelling shall be occupied only by persons employed at Haseley Court as domestic or gardening staff by Mr J P D Heyward. Reason: Because permission is given only in view of the special circumstances.
