Reason: By virtue of Sections 18 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings
        and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That the materials resulting from the demolition of the chalet bungalows
shall be removed from the site and its restoration completed within six
months of the commencement of the works of demolition.
 
Reason: To safeguard the setting of the Grade I Listed Building and the
        amenity of the area.
