the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the parking areas as shown on the plan accompanying agent's letter
dated 16 December 1994 shall be kept available for use in connection with
the operation of the playgroup.
 
Reason: In the interest of highway safety and convenience.
