Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, 1189-241, 1189-234, 1189-235, 1189-202, 1189-220, 1189-221, 1189-200, 1189-201C and 1189-240, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
Prior to the completion of works hereby permitted and the opening of the restaurant, a record of the flooring and substrate removed to create a level ground floor and details of how the floor is made good alongside retained fabric shall be made and submitted to the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: As the building is of historic importance and in order to preserve the significance of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
