Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, LOC-001, A11.2, A13.2, A15.2, A12.2, A16.2, A03.2, A05.2, A04.2, A06.2 and A01.2, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The bricks to be used to block W8 shall match the existing bricks on the lean to extension and the works shall be finished to match the adjacent work with regard to the methods used and to material, colour, texture and profile.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
The new windows shall be Slim profile double glazing (with a cavity of around 4-10mm).
Reason: The benefit of slim profile double glazing in heritage terms is that the joinery profiles are much more similar to a historic window, without the need for glued on glazing bars. The use of slim profile double glazing will safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
