The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.

P24/S1316/DISThat the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, BLO-002, SK_WG_E_01, SK_WG_P_02 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The works hereby permitted shall be constructed in strict accordance with the materials and details specified on the plans and supporting documents hereby approved or in materials and details which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building and the interests of the visual appearance of the works in accordance with Policies ENV6 and ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Details, including schedules, drawings and photographs as necessary, in respect of the following, shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority as required below:
a. Following the removal of the cement render, a detailed schedule including drawings if relevant of proposed works of repair and alteration (to include material specifications and method statements as appropriate), will be submitted to the LPA and approved in writing prior to the commencement of those works.
b. Following the removal of the cement render and prior to the commencement of repair and remedial works, a historic building record to Historic England 'Understanding Historic Buildings' level 1 (photographic record) will be produced and submitted to the LPA and approved in writing.
Thereafter the works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To safeguard the special architectural or historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policy ENV7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
