Conditions / Refusal Reasons
The works hereby permitted shall be begun not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with the provisions of section 18(1) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
That the works hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the details shown on the following approved plans, TP10 A, TP15 A, COM-002 and LOC-001, except as controlled or modified by conditions of this consent.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the historic environment in accordance with Development Plan policies.
The exterior of the development hereby permitted shall only be constructed in the materials specified on the plans/supporting documents hereby approved or in materials which shall previously have been approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To protect the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and EN7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
Specifications for all new rainwater goods (gutter, downpipes, fixings, brackets) including details with regards to material, section, and colouring, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior the relevant works taking place. This should also include a methodology for installation, taking special care to make screw fixings only to mortar joints on masonry walls.
Reason: To protect the architectural and historic interest of the listed building in accordance with Policies ENV6 and EN7 of the South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2035.
